Why am I unable to select my preferred time-slot upon placing my order on the website?
Our website requires at least 24 hours in advance to place an order. The time slot is most
likely blocked online as it is full, or your selected date is less than a day before booking.

Do you provide disposable cutleries?
Yes, we provide disposable plates, forks and spoons for set menu orders.
For A-La-carte orders, we also provide disposable cutleries upon request.
What is your adverse weather policy?
In case of typhoon signal 8 (and above) or black rainstorm, delivery service will be
suspended. Customers can contact us to reschedule another day within 90 days of the
original delivery date.
If the signal is lowered or cancelled at or before 3:00pm, our delivery service will be
resumed 2 hours after the signal is cancelled.
No refund will be arranged for order cancellation due to bad weather.
